In the area of notarial aspects of company law, Arie Rehorst focuses on aspects such as the incorporation of artificial persons and amendments to articles of association (private limited companies, associations and foundations), share transfers, share issues, shareholder agreements, capital reduction procedures, mergers and takeovers, and the financial supervision of limited partnerships in the film industry.

Within property law, his area of work involves: drawing up contracts of sale, the transfer of property (both residential and business space), the establishment of restricted real rights (mortgage, ground lease, right of superficies and servitides), forced sales (both on the instruction of the mortgage holder and the judgment creditor) and the division into apartment rights.
