Else Harbers works in the Property & Government practice group at our office in Arnhem. She specializes in (spatial) administrative law and agrarian law. She is also involved in property development (Municipalities (Preferential Rights) Act and suchlike).
Els teaches the PBNA/Elsevier course on Land Acquisition. She is also a member of the Supervisory Board of the Netherlands Bar Association in the district of Arnhem, with responsibility for the Admission and Training portfolio. She is also member of the editorial team of the Tijdschrift voor Agrarisch Recht, an agrarian law journal.
Before she began her legal career in 1994 at CMS Derks Star Busmann, Els worked for a number of years as legal consultant to an agricultural organization.
