Mark Ziekman is a member of our firm's Corporate & Commercial practice group. He is active in the field of company law and specialises in commercial contracts, cross-border mergers and takeovers and corporate finance. Mark also has broad experience in corporate and commercial litigation and arbitration.

Mark is the chair of our China Desk. He also is a member of various organizations and associations in his specialist area, including the Dutch& Japanese Trade Federation, Nederland Distributie Land, the Corporate Litigation Association and the Commercial Law Association.
