Petra Erkens is a civil-law notary and is active in all aspects of immovable property, with particular emphasis on assisting with divisions, public auctions and complex property transactions with commercial and other registered property.

She also has broad experience in providing notarial support to organizations in the healthcare sector, and within other non-profit sectors with regard to property transactions and the legal structuring of such organizations.

Petra Erkens has been working at CMS Derks Star Busmann since 1993 and now heads the Immovable Property Notarial Cluster at the Utrecht office.
