Arno Moret has practised as a lawyer since 1994 and has been with CMS Derks Star Busmnann N.V. since 1998. Arno is lawyer and partner of the Property & Government practice group, specializing in civil building law (advice, drawing up contracts, litigation) and property development.

Arno focuses on the property (building companies, government bodies, property developers) and energy (wind farms, biomass plants) sectors.

Arno regularly publishes articles on building law and is often a speaker at seminars, both in-house and elsewhere.
