Baren ten Doesschate is a lawyer and partner and, as a member of the corporate advice and litigation practice at our firm, is active in a number of areas.

For major clients in the area of retail (retail chains) he is involved with cooperation between franchisees, continuing performance contracts, landlord and tenant law, commercial space, takeovers, factoring and related areas, consumer law and product liability. In the area of insolvency law he acts as administrator and liquidator, and has experience in the area of directors' and officers' liability. In addition, Barent regularly assists accountants, tax consultants, civil-law notaries and lawyers (and/or their insurers) in liability cases.

Barent has a particular interest in disciplinary law, assisting members of the above-mentioned professional groups in disicplinary cases and activing as advisor in relation to disputes within partnerships.
