Cees de Tombe is a lawyer and partner in the Corporate / Corporate Finance practice at our office. He specializes in company law, corporate litigation, corporate governance, mergers and takeovers, restructrings, joint ventures, private equity, management buy-outs and stock exchange flotations. Cees regularly speaks at a range of seminars, lectures and workshops.
