Christian Huiskes specializes in advising businesses and institutions in company law, particularly the law of artificial persons and corporate.
He is involved in national and cross-border mergers, divisions, takeovers and joint ventures, with particular focus on drawing up and assessing takeover agreements, shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements, partnership agreements, commercial and limited companies, and also carrying out and coordinating due diligence investigations. He also advises in disputes between shareholders, supervisory directors and/or directors and on corporate governance issues.
He teaches and regularly publishes articles on relevant legal developments in those areas. Christian obtained his doctorate in 1993 on a thesis about the European company.
