David Bos works in the Corporate Restructuring & Insolvency practice group at CMS Derks Star Busmann. He advises banks, finance institutions, leasing and factoring companies as well as a variety of companies, particularly larger ones, and their directors and supervisory directors in the area of banking, financing, security, the law of property and insolvency law and the law pertaining to the directors' and officers' liability. For this group of clients he also litigates in these areas of law.
Furthermore he advises in respect of restructuring of companies, splitting up companies into viable and nonviable units and company relaunches within and outside liquidation procedures. In addition, David frequently acts as receiver in involuntary liquidations.
He is a member of INSOLAD, the Dutch Association of Insolvency Practitioners. Before he joined CMS Derks Star Busmann in 2000 David worked as a company lawyer with DaimlerChrysler Capital Services (debis) Netherlands B.V.
