Eric Vilé has been a lawyer and partner of CMS Derks Star Busmann for 27 years. For 37 years he has worked in the field of company law, employment law and sports law. He specializes in these areas of law, particularly in contracts, corporate takeovers, the law on termination of employment and reduncancy schemes.

Eric has extensive litigation experience, before the civil court as well as at tribunals and arbitration boards.

Furthermore he specializes in sports law, partly because he has fulfilled many roles in the sporting world, and advises both sportsmen and women and sports associations. He was also chairman of the professional football section of the Royal Netherlands Football Association for many years.
