After graduating in law at Utrecht University in 1989, Hanneke Dupree came to practise as a lawyer with CMS Derks Star Busmann.

She specializes in (spatial) administrative law and landlord and tenant law. In this practice group she advises property developers as well as government bodies, estate agents and private major landowners. Hanneke also advises organizations such as hospitals, healthcare providers and health insurers on matters of health law, focusing mainly on aspects of administrative law.

Hanneke is also chairman of the municipal review committee and a member of the Administrative Law Association.
