Marc van Zanten is a lawyer and partner in our firm's Insolvency Law practice group. He specializes in insolvency law, civil procedural law, litigation and directors' and officers' liability.

Marc has wide experience as a liquidator in insolvency proceedings and administrator in the suspension of payments. Marc also advises national and international companies on insolvency and restructering issues and civil procedural law, including attachments and enforcement law.

Marc regularly gives lectures civil procedural law and insolvency law for a number of institutions.
