Paulus van de Bos is a lawyer and partner in the Corporate / Corporate Finance practice group at our office. Paulus is active above all with mergers, takeovers, participations and other corporate issues, such as directors' and officers' liability, corporate governance and corporate litigation.

Paulus also works for participation companies and focuses primarily on the insurance and retail sector.

Paulus publishes articles and is a regular speaker on his specialist area and the developments in it. He also organizes course modules on these subjects for members of the Netherlands Bar Association and the SRA (Association of Registered Accountants).
