Robert Lucassen has been active for 11 years as a building lawyer and manager of the legal affairs advisory group with a consultancy firm in the public housing sector. He has been working in the legal profession since 1998 in the area of property law.
His specalist areas are property development and public-private cooperation within the framework of area development, his particular interest being in all aspects of municipal land policy and the recovery of costs under public law.
Robert has given several lectures and is the author of a number of publications on municipal preferential rights to the purchase of land and land exploitation.
