Willie Ambergen is a tax consultant and partner of the Real Estate department of CMS Derks Star Busmann. He specializes in the tax aspects of real estate. For property developers he develops VAT and RETT sparing structures. For VAT exempt institutions. Willie develops lease structures. He also has considerable experience in the structuring of investment portfolio’s and in setting up real estate investment funds.

Willie Ambergen regularly publishes articles and books on real estate and tax issues. Every year he is called to speak on various conferences on tax aspects of real estate, and he is also a lecturer in to postgraduate educations. Willie Ambergen is founder and ex-chairman of the Vereniging voor Vastgoed Fiscalisten (Dutch association of real estate tax lawyers).
